The rugged CoolMachine brand of insulation removal vacuums provide consistent, safe and long-life endurance.
Briggs & Stratton Vanguard engines, built for commercial applications, require little maintenance, have low noise levels and direct drive the steel impeller fan.
High tip speed allows for higher production rates. These curved blade tips prevent clogging and improve material flow.
With the introduction of the replaceable inner sleeve, your machine will last longer. The CoolVac16 and CoolVac23 have Hardox® liners which is rated one of the hardest steels in the industry. Hardox® was developed to place the hardened edges on earth moving equipment. We lined the fan hood with 1/4″ of Hardox steel to prevent foreign object damage. The fan blades are also made of the same AR-400 Hardox. These will last 3x longer than standard steel blades found in the insulation removal vacuum market.
Our line of vacuum savers also provide added protection to your vacuum by preventing the foreign objects from entering your vacuum, in the first place. Our popular deluxe model (for the 12 and 16hp), has a viewing window and tray. The XL vacuum saver and Economy saver both have hinged lids for easy emptying.
